From the 11th house is the examination of the gain of various things, of the son's wife and the like, income, growth, and of cattle.

Chapter 24 gives the result of the lord of every house placed in every house. These are the twelve for the 11th. The text adds that results come in proportion to the planet's strength (24.145–148), and where one planet owns two houses whose results clash on the same matter, both are cancelled (24.146).
लाभेशे लग्नगे जातः सात्त्विको धनवान् सुखी । समदृष्टिः कविर्वाग्मी सदा लाभ-समन्वितः
With the 11th lord in the lagna, the native is pure-natured, wealthy, happy, impartial, a poet, eloquent, and always has gains.

24.122लाभेशे सहजे जातः कुशलः सर्वकर्मसु । धनी भ्रातृसुखोपेतः शूलरोगभयं क्वचित्
With the 11th lord in the 3rd, the native is skilful in all work, wealthy, has happiness from brothers; sometimes there is danger of colic.
एकादशेश तृतीय में हो तो जातक सब कार्यों में कुशल, धनी और भ्रातृ-सुख से युक्त होता है; कभी शूल-रोग का भय होता है।
24.123लाभेशे सुखभावस्थे लाभो मातृकुलाद् भवेत् । तीर्थयात्राकरो जातो गृहभूमिसुखान्वितः
With the 11th lord in the 4th, gain comes from the mother's family; the native goes on pilgrimages and has the comforts of house and land.
एकादशेश चतुर्थ में हो तो मातृकुल से लाभ होता है; जातक तीर्थयात्रा करने वाला और गृह-भूमि के सुख से युक्त होता है।
24.124लाभेशे सुतभावस्थे भवन्ति सुखिनः सुताः । विद्यावन्तोऽपि सच्छीलाः स्वयं धर्मरतः सुखी
With the 11th lord in the 5th, the sons are happy, learned and of good conduct; he himself is devoted to dharma and happy.
एकादशेश पंचम में हो तो पुत्र सुखी, विद्वान और सुशील होते हैं; जातक स्वयं धर्म में रत और सुखी होता है।
24.125लाभेशे रोगभावस्थे जातो रोगसमन्वितः । क्रूरबुद्धिः प्रवासी च शत्रुभि परिपीडितः
With the 11th lord in the 6th, the native has diseases, is cruel-minded, lives abroad, and is harassed by enemies.
एकादशेश षष्ठ में हो तो जातक रोगी, क्रूर-बुद्धि, प्रवासी और शत्रुओं से पीड़ित होता है।
24.126लाभेशे दारभावस्थे लाभो दारकुलात् सदा । उदारश्च गुणी कामी जनो भार्यावशानुगः
With the 11th lord in the 7th, there is always gain from the wife's family; the person is liberal, virtuous, … and under his wife's control.

With the 11th lord in the 9th, the man is fortunate, clever, truthful, honoured by the king and master of wealth.
एकादशेश नवम में हो तो मनुष्य भाग्यवान, चतुर, सत्यवादी, राजपूज्य और धन का स्वामी होता है।
24.129लाभेशे कर्मभावस्थे भूपवन्द्यो गुणान्वितः । निजधर्मरतो धीमान् सत्यवादी जितेन्द्रियः
With the 11th lord in the 10th, one is honoured by the king, virtuous, devoted to his own dharma, intelligent, truthful and master of his senses.
एकादशेश दशम में हो तो जातक राजा से वंदित, गुणवान, स्वधर्म में रत, बुद्धिमान, सत्यवादी और जितेन्द्रिय होता है।
24.130लाभेशे लाभभावस्थे लाभः सर्वेषु कर्मसु । पाण्डित्यं च सुखं तस्य वर्द्धते च दिने दिने
With the 11th lord in the 11th, there is gain in all undertakings; his learning and happiness increase day by day.

24.131लाभेशे व्ययभावस्थे सत्कार्येषु व्ययः सदा । कामुको बहुपत्नीको म्लेच्छसंसर्गकारकः
